A small, Canadian-based team committed to practical AI implementation and honest consulting.
Technology Globe was founded on a simple observation: most small and medium businesses were being sold AI tools without anyone taking the time to figure out whether those tools actually fit their situation.
We started as a small consultancy focused entirely on practical outcomes — identifying where AI tools genuinely reduce manual effort, improve consistency, or surface useful information, and being equally clear about where they don't.
That approach hasn't changed. We're still a small team, still based in Dunnville, Ontario, and still more interested in building things that work than in presenting impressive-sounding proposals.
These aren't marketing statements — they're the things we actually care about and hold ourselves to in every engagement.
We don't recommend tools because they're impressive or new. We recommend them because they're suited to your specific situation. If a simpler approach works better, we'll say so.
Every engagement starts with clearly defined scope and success criteria. We don't build until both sides agree on what we're building and how we'll know if it's working.
The people who use the systems we build are involved in the process. We don't hand over black boxes — we build alongside your team and leave them capable of managing what we create.
Every AI tool has limitations. We explain them clearly. If something is unlikely to work well in your context, we'd rather tell you upfront than discover it post-implementation.
We define what success looks like in concrete terms before we start. After implementation, we review performance against those criteria and make adjustments if needed.
We comply with Canadian privacy regulations in all our work. Client data handling is documented, scoped, and reviewed at the start of every engagement.
Technology Globe grew out of direct experience with the challenges businesses face when trying to make sense of AI tools in a rapidly changing landscape.
Technology Globe launched as a one-person consultancy focused on practical process automation for small businesses in the Haldimand area.
The shift to remote work accelerated demand from businesses across Ontario looking to digitalise their workflows. We expanded our service offering and team capacity.
Following the rapid maturation of conversational AI tools, we developed a formal practice area around building and configuring AI assistants for business use.
Growing client demand for meaningful data visibility led us to formalise our data analysis and dashboard development services for SMBs.
Today we serve businesses from British Columbia to Nova Scotia, maintaining our commitment to manageable project scopes and honest outcomes at every stage.
We hold ourselves to clear standards in how we communicate, what we promise, and how we handle client information.
We don't make specific performance promises. Outcomes depend on factors that vary by business — including data quality, team adoption, and process complexity.
Our practices comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. Client data handling is documented in every engagement.
Every engagement is scoped in writing before work begins. Scope changes are documented and agreed to — no surprises in billing or deliverables.
If a proposed solution isn't right for a client's situation, we'll decline the work. We'd rather lose a project than deliver something that doesn't genuinely serve the client.
Every tool recommendation includes a plain-language explanation of its limitations. Understanding what something won't do is as important as knowing what it will.
All our marketing communications comply with Google Ads policies, Canadian consumer protection standards, and responsible advertising guidelines.
We're happy to discuss your situation and give you an honest view of where we think AI tools could help — and where they might not. No obligation to proceed.
